This letter is to inform our customers that Guardian Termite and Pest Control is open and actively providing services across the region.Pest control is recognized as an essential public service and Guardian is continuing to provide treatments for the protection of public health, food and property. As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and its impact continue to evolve and develop, we felt it was prudent to reach out and assure you that the safety and well-being of our customers is our priority. We are closely following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and our local health officials. In most cases, our services can be performed outside your home without entry or human contact. If entry to your home is scheduled or requested, it can be done with limited contact. We have implemented measures to ensure the following is done:

• Before a service where a technician will be in contact with you or a family member, we will be using a mask as well as disposable shoe covers and disposable gloves.
• Each of the disposable items will be used one time and then securely bagged and properly disposed of after each use.
• We have prepared our technicians and are re-emphasizing existing sanitation and illness policies, including frequent hand washing.
• We have emphasized what employees can do to keep themselves and others safe, including not touching one’s face and staying home if sick.
